In a push to offer trading with no fees, alongside unlimited deposits and withdrawals, the secure cryptocurrency exchange Blockbid, is to set up live crypto trading.
Blockbid’s live crypto trading feature will be available from September 28, 2018, ahead of the cryptocurrency exchange’s full launch later in the year.
Blockbid aims to facilitate the highest volume of trades for the largest number of cryptocurrencies with a single login. Users will be able to trade in Blockbid’s own token BID, as well as BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, and BCH. The crypto exchange will also support mainstream fiat currencies to provide more diverse trading.
The exchange prides itself on providing a secure crypto exchange in which traders can make deposits and withdrawals through a simple electronic fund transfer.
Making cryptocurrency trading securer
In a bid to make the crypto exchange even securer, earlier this year Blockbid teamed up with RapidID, a trusted solution to meet counter-terrorism and anti-money laundering obligations, and LexisNexis Risk Solutions, which uses Big Data to help make organizations more secure and efficient.
In a press statement, David Sapper, CEO at Blockbid commented:
“The next (and final) phase of beta testing is designed to stress test and fine tune the Blockbid exchange. We greatly appreciate our community’s patience during this testing process and invite them to participate and share their feedback. As we will be putting the platform through its paces and pushing it to its limits, we are doing our best to keep any downtime to a minimum.”
“However, we believe that in order to truly understand Blockbid’s capabilities, we have to explore its full capacity, and therefore might experience some teething issues (we’re only human, right?). As such, we are offering free trading as a way to say thank you to our users for bearing with us during this testing process and helping us make Blockbid the greatest exchange we could ever imagine.”
The race to ramp up crypto trading solutions
Blockbid is not the only virtual currency exchange looking to ramp up offerings to traders. This month Voyager, the commission-free cryptocurrency trading platform set up by Oscar Salazar, co-founder of Uber, launched a new brokerage division, aimed at delivering a ‘best-in-class’ cryptocurrency trading solution.
